After we have agreed on the project deliverables and timelines we will set up your project in one of our Project Management suites based on your preference. We work with BaseCamp, Asana, Microsoft Project and JIRA. These tools allow us to store all files and conversation threads related to the project in a single online space.
Wireframing and Design:
The first step in creating a fantastic piece of software after agreeing to and mapping out the written requirements is laying the foundation for how the application will look and feel. This is typically known as wire-framing and is the second step in our process. We move onto translating your app’s features and functionality into a user interface architecture. In some cases you may already have wireframes ready to go, in which case we will review what you deliver to us and suggest amends if necessary. If no amends are required, we can proceed to the next stage making it all look pretty or as they call it “Design”.
Design is where we bring the visual elements of your app to life. This is where we create the various components that will make up each screen of your app, and determine key aesthetics like coloring and typography.
