We firmly believe in the Apple Store mentality, in that we want you to walk away educated regardless if you buy from us or not. We are passionate about the tech industry and want to ensure we are helping you bring the best idea to light. Initially, through our Free Consultation call or meeting we gather as much information as possible about what you are trying to achieve and devise the best solution to fit your needs. Once we have established exactly what your project will contain and how it will work, we use this criteria to scope out the development requirements and timeframe as accurately as possible in a clear Scope of Work (SOW) and Proposal. We consider this phase to yield the written "Blue Prints" of your project.

After we have agreed on the project deliverables and timelines we will set up your project in one of our Project Management suites based on your preference. We work with BaseCamp, Asana, Microsoft Project and JIRA. These tools allow us to store all files and conversation threads related to the project in a single online space. Wireframing and Design: The first step in creating a fantastic piece of software after agreeing to and mapping out the written requirements is laying the foundation for how the application will look and feel. This is typically known as wire-framing and is the second step in our process. We move onto translating your app’s features and functionality into a user interface architecture. In some cases you may already have wireframes ready to go, in which case we will review what you deliver to us and suggest amends if necessary. If no amends are required, we can proceed to the next stage making it all look pretty or as they call it "Design". Design is where we bring the visual elements of your app to life. This is where we create the various components that will make up each screen of your app, and determine key aesthetics like coloring and typography.

Now the fun begins, development! During this stage we will work with you to develop your application in what is known as "Sprints" or to make it easier "Builds" this method of developing applications is known as Agile Development. We typically work in 1-2 week sprints. Of course some of our clients prefer waterfall development which we are happy to accommodate. We always code to the latest standards and with full documentation. We never try to code in a way that would lock you into our team. We also always agree with our clients on the technology stack that will be used on their project prior to starting any work.

When the development process is complete and you have signed-off on the final build, we will take care of submitting/deploying your app to any of the markets required IE). Apple App Store and/or the Google Play Store for you. Alternatively, you may wish for your app to be placed on your company’s enterprise app store, or distributed in an entirely different manner. We have vast experience with the various distribution methods you may wish to adopt, and can accommodate almost any requirement.
